The �鶹��ý Spanish & Portuguese Chapter brings together Incentive Travel industry professionals. They include corporate clients, hotels, airlines, DMCs, venues, convention bureaus and all providers part of the incentive travel value chain.

Dear �鶹��ý Spain & Portugal Friends and Chapter Members,

It is with great honor and excitement that I step into the role of President for 2025 after my 6-years journey within the association. 

As we look ahead to another year of growth and opportunity, I would like to take a moment to express my deep gratitude to the Board members who have worked tirelessly throughout the past years. Their dedication and vision have set a solid foundation for us, and I look forward to building upon their incredible efforts.

This year promises to be one of great energy and new beginnings. We are thrilled to welcome new members to our Board for 2025, who bring fresh perspectives, passion, and expertise. Together, we will continue the work of driving our association forward with a renewed sense of purpose.

Our focus for 2025 is clear: more value and greater involvement for our members. We are committed to ensuring that every member, new and existing, sees tangible benefits from being part of �鶹��ý Spain & Portugal. One of our key goals is to reach the milestone of 100 members – and hopefully surpass it!

We will also place significant emphasis on empowering our Young Leaders, recognizing the importance of investing in the new generation that will ultimately lead the incentive travel industry. Our flagship event, Ignite Your Flame, will be the heart of this initiative, creating opportunities for young professionals to connect, learn, and chart their own paths to leadership.

2025 also marks our second year as �鶹��ý Spain & Portugal, and we are committed to deepening our connection with our Portuguese members. We will continue to expand our presence in Portugal, providing even more networking and educational opportunities to both current and future members. Our goal is to ensure that our chapter becomes a truly unified one spanning both Spain and Portugal, offering a vibrant and inclusive community for all.

Together, we have an exciting year ahead. I am truly inspired by the energy and potential that our community holds, and I am confident that with your support, we will achieve great things in 2025.
