Â鶹´«Ã½ Texas 2025: Your Vision, Our Mission

Dear Â鶹´«Ã½ Texas Members,

As we embark on 2025, our focus as a chapter is crystal clear: prioritizing what matters most to you, our valued members. Your feedback is our roadmap, and we are committed to delivering experiences and opportunities that align with your wants and needs. After reviewing the recent member survey, it’s evident that you’re seeking more face-to-face time and meaningful networking opportunities. This feedback is shaping our goals and plans for the year ahead.

Enhancing Networking Opportunities

We heard you loud and clear...networking is a top priority. To meet this demand, we’ll be introducing more events designed specifically to foster connections and relationships within our vibrant community. This includes:

  •  Adding new in-person gatherings tailored to maximize interaction and collaboration.
  •  Adjusting our Roadshow format to better meet your expectations.

Championing Young Leadership

As your Chapter President, I am personally committed to supporting our Young Leaders. The future of our industry depends on engaging and nurturing the next generation of professionals. Whether you’re new to the industry or transitioning from another field, our Young Leaders group is a fantastic starting point for growth and connection. I encourage all members to get involved—whether as a mentor, participant, or advocate—to ensure the sustainability of our industry and chapter.

Recognizing and Rewarding Member Support

We see you, our dedicated and supportive members, and we are incredibly grateful for your contributions—whether through personal involvement or company sponsorships. This year, we’ll be rolling out exclusive initiatives and benefits specifically for members and sponsors who have invested in our chapter’s success. Stay tuned for details as we celebrate your dedication and commitment.

Our mission in 2025 is to ensure Â鶹´«Ã½ Texas remains a thriving, inclusive, and dynamic community that supports your professional and personal growth. Together, we’ll create a year filled with impactful connections, rewarding experiences, and meaningful progress.

Thank you for being an integral part of our journey. Let’s make this year extraordinary—together.

Warm regards,

Tracy Torrez
