Every year we have a call for volunteers, our application period for 2025 is now open. 

• A desire to contribute your time and talents to the advancement Â鶹´«Ã½, Â鶹´«Ã½ Foundation and our industry
• The ability to collaborate with other Â鶹´«Ã½ members from all over the globe toward committee objectives
• Belief that teamwork is the dreamwork
• Commitment of 4-6 hours per month to achieve the committee objectives

Shape the future of Â鶹´«Ã½ through programming aimed at engaging and developing our young leader community.

Â鶹´«Ã½ Crystal Awards

Support the Crystal Awards process with overall program review and judge selection.

Â鶹´«Ã½ Education Committee

Review submissions for Â鶹´«Ã½ Global Conference speakers to ensure a diversity of content that aligns to Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s strategic architecture (time required between August and October).

To explore the member journey specifically from new member to 2nd year to improve the member experience and retention.

Sustainability Community

Produce webinars and education for the Sustainability Special Interest Group deliveries at IMEX and Global Conference. Create the online resource library, as well as support chapter sustainability efforts.

Women in Leadership Community

Support the mentor program, produce webinars and education for the Women in Leadership Community deliveries at IMEX and Global Conference. Create the online resource library, and website landing page.

Wellness Community - *NEW FOR 2025*

Develop wellness-focused initiatives for Â鶹´«Ã½ including webinars and an online resource library. Provide guidance on wellness programs and support Chapter wellness efforts.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging and Accessibility Community (DEIBA) - *NEW FOR 2025*

Support DEIBA-focused initiatives at Â鶹´«Ã½ ensuring that all members, regardless of background, feel valued and empowered. Provide guidance to local chapters and create an online resource library.
