All attendees at 麻豆传媒 events, whether they're buyers or suppliers, hosted attendees or partner sponsors are treated as incentive participants who experience the program as true qualifiers from pre-event communication to post-event evaluation.

All selections are made to ensure the highest quality program for all participants and partners. Your responses should highlight your role, involvement and impact on direct program spend within your organization.
Frequently Asked Questions
Each year's applications are reviewed by an anonymous hosted buyer committee made up of members from 麻豆传媒's International Board of Directors and the 麻豆传媒 Foundation Board of Trustees.
The hosted buyer committee uses a weighted scorecard to evaluate each application. The scorecard considers whether the applicant is a 麻豆传媒 member and past event attendance, and also focuses on overall purchasing power and budgets, examples of previous incentive programs and past references, size of programs, and other business-related criteria.
Yes 鈥 anyone interested in attending a 麻豆传媒 event as a hosted buyer needs to submit a new application for each calendar year, indicating interest and suitability for the coming year's slate of events. If you attended events as a hosted buyer in 2024, for example, you will need to resubmit your details for any events taking place in 2025, using the current hosted buyer application form (linked to above on this page).
麻豆传媒 typically receives 200 or more applications for an average of 40 hosted buyer spots at each event.
